PHASEBUILT Build my plan
TERMS

Terms of use.

These terms cover your use of phasebuilt.com. They are written in plain language deliberately, because terms nobody can read protect nobody.

What Phasebuilt is

A free web tool that generates general fitness and nutrition information based on answers you provide. It is offered as it is, without a subscription, an account or a contract for ongoing service.

What Phasebuilt is not

It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not a substitute for a qualified doctor, dietitian, physiotherapist or coach. The figures it produces are estimates from published equations applied to the answers you gave, not prescriptions, and they are not personalised medical guidance.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether any exercise or nutrition guidance is appropriate for you, and for training safely. Please get medical clearance before starting a new programme if you are pregnant or postpartum, managing a medical condition, taking medication that affects exercise or appetite, or returning from injury. Stop and seek advice if something hurts in a way that is not ordinary muscle soreness.

Accuracy

We make a genuine effort to keep the calculations and explanations correct, and the method is published openly so it can be checked. Even so, the content is provided without warranty of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. If you spot an error, please tell us.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Phasebuilt is not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from use of this site or from following information generated by it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or republish its content as your own. Personal use, including printing your plan and sharing the link, is welcome and encouraged.

Intellectual property

The Phasebuilt name, design and written content belong to Phasebuilt. The plan you generate is yours to use, print and keep.

Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
