Phasebuilt generates plans in your browser without an account. The site retains AdSense ownership verification, with advertising requests currently paused. Browser-stored plan answers and advertising technologies are described separately below.
What we collect
No account is created and no personal information is transmitted to us when you build a plan. The questions you answer, including your name, age, height and weight, are processed by JavaScript running in your own browser to generate the plan you see.
What is stored on your device
So that you do not have to retype everything, your intake answers are saved in your browser's local storage under the key form3-profile. This stays on your device. The app does not transmit it to us or synchronise it. Scripts running on this origin and software with browser access may be able to read browser storage. Clearing your browser's site data for phasebuilt.com removes it. Private browsing generally clears site storage when the private session ends; behaviour depends on your browser.
Cookies and advertising status
The plan builder uses local storage rather than an account cookie. If Google advertising is enabled, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites. Google advertising cookies enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits across the internet.
Analytics and third parties
Advertising requests are currently paused. The AdSense ownership meta tag and ads.txt do not load advertising scripts. Before ads are enabled, regional consent handling must be configured and verified. Advertising providers may process information such as your IP address, browser information and cookie identifiers. Read how Google uses information from partner sites and Google's privacy policy. Fonts are self-hosted. No separate analytics package is installed in the current site code.
Server logs
Like any website, the web server records ordinary request logs: IP address, timestamp, the page requested, the response status, and the browser user agent string. These are used to keep the site running and secure, and to spot abuse. They are not linked to any plan you generate, because plans never reach the server.
What we share
The plan builder does not upload your intake answers to a Phasebuilt account or plan database. This does not mean the website makes no third-party requests: Google advertising services receive request information as described above.
Advertising choices
You can manage or opt out of personalised Google advertising in My Ad Center. You can also find choices for participating third-party vendors at YourAdChoices. Browser controls can block or clear cookies and site storage. Blocking advertising cookies does not require you to create an account to use the plan builder.
Your plan and your privacy
Your plan inputs are not uploaded by the app. Downloading or printing exports them under your control. Treat exported files as personal information. Browser extensions and software on your device are outside the app's control. If you share a link to Phasebuilt, the link contains no information about you.
Children
Phasebuilt is intended for healthy adults and is not directed at children.
